About Us
Our goal at Stokes Thompson is to make exclusive fashion accessible to women who want to look and feel a little more special at any important occasion.
We provide exclusive looks and deliver quality, special occasion wear and innovative styles. Our designer dresses made from quality fabrics are enhanced with subtle details that create a look and feel that’s right for any special occasion. Many of our clients choose one of our dresses as their bridal dress, or dresses for their bridesmaids – and wedding guest also love our exclusive dress range.
Victoria (Vicki) Thompson is the Creative Director at Stokes Thompson. As an Australian fashion designer, the designs are inspired by Australian landscapes – the subtle mauves of an outback sunset, the vast ochre horizons, and the blue/green oceans and coral reefs of Australia.
For Vicki, fashion design has always been a great passion developed over the years when she was working outside the fashion industry.

Stokes Thompson is based in Brisbane, Australia which due to the sub-tropical climate, lends itself to working with colorful fabrics and lighter silks that are suitable for warmer climes.
