FAULTY ITEMS

At Stokes Thompson we work with quality fabrics. We source fabrics from Australian suppliers in mostly silk. We use silk chiffon, silk georgette, silk dupion, duchess satins, sequined fabric from France. High grade cottons; and best quality polyesters are also used, because they pack and travel well, and are easy care.

We want all our clients to receive quality dresses that they love. We want our clients to love their dresses so much that they will recommend Stokes Thompson garments to friends.

Our manufacturers are experienced in making fashion garments. Prior to sending, all orders pass through our strict quality control before being sent to the client.

However, We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return within 15 days of purchase. If you find a fault, you must contact Stokes Thompson immediately.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

Our Standard Delivery service within Australia is a flat rate of $15 for a courier service.

Delivery can take up to 5 business days to metro areas with these postal codes and 7 business days to the rest of Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays). .

Stokes Thompson also offers an Express delivery option. Express courier will be a flat rate of $30 Australia wide.

Express deliveries will be made within 3 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of Stokes Thompson.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange this if the order has not yet been shipped.

RETURNS

At Stokes Thompson we want you to fall in love with your garment. However, if the fabric or the design of your new clothes is not as ordered, Stokes Thompson will change, replace or refund the item if it is returned within 14 days of purchase.
